Side Project is very fortunate to partner and work with passionate and dedicated organizations.  For updates on our projects check us out on Facebook and Tumblr.  Some of our clients  have included:

  • The Arts for Autism Foundation of Pittsburgh — The Arts for Autism Foundation of Pittsburgh supports arts programs for people with autism in Western Pennsylvania. Side Project completed the nonprofit corporate filings, charitable registration requirements, and applied for tax-exempt status for this new foundation in Pittsburgh. We also worked with the executive director to research foundations and to help develop and review grant proposals.
  • The Rukmini Foundation — The Rukmini Foundation’s mission is to improve the lives of underprivileged girls by empowering them through a holistic program of quality education, supportive mentoring services and a physical well-being program. We worked with the IRS to secure tax-exempt status.
  • The Washington County Sports and Recreation Foundation — The Washington County Sports and Recreation Foundation provides summer camp and sports opportunities to children in Washington County, Pennsylvania. We helped complete a change of name with the IRS and advised on charitable registration requirements. We also helped with grant research and program development.
  • Interdependence Network — The Interdependence Network is a network of human service agencies from the United States and Canada dedicated to promoting, encouraging, and measuring civic and community engagement for people with disabilities. We help to organize and manage the group, and provide grant research and proposal development.
  • Community Living and Support Services (CLASS) — CLASS is a nonprofit organization that supports people with disabilities in Western Pennsylvania. CLASS offers a variety of individualized services ranging from independent living skills training in the classroom to the community-based case management for social, recreational, and residential supports. We work with several of the CLASS programs, helping with program evaluation and research activities.
  • One9Five.org— One9Five.org serves the veteran community and gives back to the men and women who give so much to protect us everyday.  We helped with program development and Federal tax filings.
  • The George Snow Scholarship Fund  The George Snow Scholarship Fund, a Boca Raton, Florida based 501(c) 3 Public Charity, provides educational grants to some of our areas brightest and most deserving young scholars. These scholarships are four-year commitments and are designed to bridge the gap between other financial aid and what the scholar and their families can afford. In addition, the Scholarship Fund provides products and services designed to benefit all Snow Scholars. We are working with the CEO and staff to provide development and evaluation support.
  • A TRUE JEWEL, Inc. — A TRUE JEWEL, Inc. provides training, support, and services for the empowerment of women in Palm Beach County, Florida who parent children and adults with disabilities. Side Project’s CEO Jeff Fromknecht serves as an advisor, consulting on legal and development issues.  
  • Tigerlili Resources, Inc.  — Tigerlili Resources, Inc. is dedicated to the empowerment of single mothers in Palm Beach County by way of resources and tools needed to be a stronger woman for themselves and for their families. Side Project assisted with nonprofit corporate governance issues  and applied for tax-exempt status for this new organization in South Florida.
  • The Pet Connection, Inc.  — Pet Connection, Inc. is a volunteer based no-kill animal rescue and shelter with over 20 years of experience located on the border of Armstrong and Westmoreland counties in southwestern Pennsylvania. Side Project helped secure Pennsylvania Sales Tax Exemption, complete Pennsylvania Charitable Registration Requirements, and provide Development support services.
  • Hope 4 Mobility  — Hope 4 Mobility is a small nonprofit based in West Palm Beach, FL. Hope 4 Mobility’s mission is to provide persons with developmental disabilities and special needs financial assistance and relief for essential equipment, products and therapy services to help improve their health, mobility and quality of life. Side Project is providing General Counsel legal supports as the organizations develops a social enterprise.
